Preparing your land before installing a greenhouse

Before installing a greenhouse, four points save time and money.

Cleared and levelled land Remove stumps, stones and debris, then level the surface. Unprepared land costs a full team day and delays the whole project.

A usable access The delivery truck must be able to get close. Check the width of the paths and the state of the track, especially in the rainy season.

Water nearby A greenhouse without a reliable water source cannot keep its promises. Borehole, well or tank: plan the source before assembly, not after.

Orientation and wind Discuss it with the technician during the study: orientation affects ventilation and inside temperature. Prevailing winds also guide the anchoring.
