How much does an agricultural greenhouse cost? Understanding the quote before you sign

"How much does a greenhouse cost?" is the question we hear most. The honest answer: it depends on four specific factors, which this article explains. Real, dated price ranges are published on this site's Prices page; your quote gives the exact figure for your project.
Surface: the first factor
Our standard formats range from 50 m² to 1,000 m². Surface is what weighs most in the price — but not proportionally: looking at our published ranges, you will see the price per square metre goes down as surface goes up. A large greenhouse costs more in total, but each square metre costs less. That is why it is worth thinking about your production goal before choosing a format.
The equipment you choose
The greenhouse itself — structure and film — is only part of the project. Depending on your needs you may add: drip irrigation sized for your surface, insect nets, shading, ventilation. The ranges shown on this site exclude options: the quote prices the equipment you select.
Transport to your site
A greenhouse is bulky. The distance between our departure points and your land, and access to the site, are part of the calculation. The quote states transport for your exact location — no generic flat rate hiding a surprise.
The assembly option
We offer three options. The kit is the most economical, since you assemble it with your team using our plans. Supervised assembly adds a technician who guides your team on site. Turnkey includes full installation: you receive a greenhouse ready to grow in. Each option has its price, written in the quote.
What your quote states in black and white
A serious quote leaves nothing vague. Ours details: the exact dimensions of the greenhouse, the equipment included, transport to your site, the chosen assembly option and the planned schedule. The order starts with a deposit, generally between 50 and 80% depending on the project — the exact amount and schedule are in the quote.
Beware of prices too good to be true
A price announced without studying your land, without equipment details and without anything in writing commits no one. Our approach: public, dated ranges on the Prices page, then a free, precise, written quote for your project. Request yours from this site's form — you immediately receive a file number, then an adviser contacts you.
